Say Goodbye To Nasty Toxins
All of us are open to the elements. We are prone to receiving loads of chemicals and poisonous toxins on a regular daily basis. Even though you may think that you are leading a healthy lifestyle, you are still exposed to many toxins that are found everywhere, even in your own homes. Toxins can be found in the water we drink, the food we eat, and the air we breathe.
With the advent of medical science and the many discoveries in the field, man has found ways to prolong life and eliminate painful symptoms that many diseases carry. But these same pharmaceutical drugs can leave traces of toxins in our body. Plus, sedatives and stimulants that we intake do the same job as well, polluting our bodies. Because of this, the need for detoxification has become greater. Some of the methods used for body cleansing are diets and fasting.
Parasite Cleansing is also a technique. One very important aspect of every bowel cleansing is removing parasites from the body. Getting rid of all parasites would be absolutely impossible using clinical medicines that can kill only one or two parasites each. Herbs used in teas or medications can also be parasite cleansers.
Another technique is by subjecting the patient through a contrast shower. This shower involves alternating temperatures between hot and cold water, and it allows detoxification by improving blood circulation and strengthening the immune system. A better blood circulation improves the cleansing of metabolic by-products from cells and tissues, to be excreted out of the body.
Skin brushing can also be done to remove dead skin cells and improve circulation all over the body. A soft bristle brush is generally used to carefully scrub the skin from the feet up. You can also brush from the fingertips towards the heart to facilitate the flow of lymphatic fluid.
Detoxification is a good technique to do as a means of improving overall body wellness. It is important to note, however, that not all persons can be immediately subjected to detox. Pregnant and nursing mothers, young children, and those with certain medical conditions are not recommended for detox. Consulting with a medical practitioner is the best way to know if detoxification is right for you and your family.
